The house will be on the right side of the street across from the horse paddock. There is a Shimmering River Retreat sign at the end of the driveway. Please do not continue straight into the private driveway.

Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
25% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €436 is held on 1 days after arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
An additional guest fee of $50 per guest per stay is required for when exceeding the 14 guest limit with approval.
